What was something that you missed the most during the pandemic? When was the last time everyone freely enjoyed indoor activities without masks or being paranoid about catching COVID?
We’ve been through a lot this year-and-a-half, our lives changed in some ways, but that doesn’t mean we need to stop partying. If you love a good night out dancing, enjoy hip hop and r&b music genres, and are also fascinated by Korean culture, we’ve got great news for you. We are proud to announce that Seoul Therapy is hosting Los Angeles GOT Seoul, a K-Hip Hop and K-R&B DJ party here at Koreatown, Los Angeles!
Founded in late 2019, Seoul Therapy, is a global event group that originally started in Europe. Seoul Therapy is a #1 platform that promotes Korean Hip-Hop and R&B worldwide. Its brand logo is a horizontally-flipped Korean ‘욜’, domed in a globe shaped like a disco mirror ball.
Although Seoul Therapy originated from France and the UK it now officially has transitioned its platform to focus on increased global awareness of Korean music beyond K-pop. While Seoul Therapy mainly uses Instagram to communicate with its audiences, it has expanded to other major social networks as well. Rapidly growing and amassing more than 70k followers across its social platforms, Seoul Therapy produces content in five different languages, publishes a bi-weekly podcast, and will also host its own award show.
Seoul Therapy’s vision is to connect music beyond mainstream Kpop to the world. Its goal is to become a one-stop platform for fans worldwide to experience the full depth of the Korean music industry.
On November 5th, 2021, Seoul Therapy will host their first USA based event featuring Korean Hip-Hop & R&B. The event will be hosted at Catch One nightclub on Pico Blvd from 9PM to 2AM.
With music curated by DJ PRNCEHNR, Korean music fans can expect a selection of sounds uncommonly found in the Korean hip hop scene. DJ PRNCHNR is most well known for his project, Seoul Smooth Soul Sexy, a mix series compiles the sounds of both American and Korean Hip-Hop and R&B. Top tracks include The Purge by Jay Park, PH-1, BIG Naughty, Woodie Gochild, HAON, TRADE L&Sik-K.
Tickets are on sale now and are $18.45 through Dice FM. For more event information and specific details visit the official Seoul Therapy event page.
